Are you struggling with the impact of stories about who you were, are, or "should be"? Are you questioning, "Do I matter?" or shedding pieces of yourself to create a sense of belonging?

Understanding our stories is one of the bravest things we can do.

At Redbud Counseling Services, I am committed to providing therapeutic support for individuals (aged 18+yo) and couples navigating conflict, grief/loss, trauma and transition. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming provider who is passionate about supporting folks identifying with neurodiversity (eg. autistic, AuDH, diagnosed with ADHD, OCD, etc).

I offer virtual and in-person counseling sessions, depending on your location and preference.

I am committed to facilitating a space in which you feel understood, valued, and supported as we prioritize your goals, explore your story, and incorporate strategies for reintegrating pieces of your Self so you also can experience increased personal acceptance and relational connection.
